Who are we?

Comhairle na nÓg is a formal gathering of young people under the age of eighteen who meet at County level to discuss the issues that affect their daily lives. The first aim of the Comhairle na nÓg structure is to give children and young people a voice on issues affecting them at a community level and to provide them with a platform from which to feed into the development of local and national policies.  The second aim is to elect delegates to attend and represent the South Dublin County Comhairle na nÓg at the national children’s parliament – Dáil na nÓg.
